Overstaking Protection

When switched ON, it will skip copying bets for the Copier when the Tipster exceeds by three times his average own stake* for that strategy on a single event via one or more bets. The Copier will be notified via e-mail when the protection is triggered.

Example #1: Tipster average own stake for a strategy is 10€. The tipsters places a new tip for 40€ . The protection will be triggered immediately and the bet will not be placed for the Copier completely.

Example #2: Tipster average own stake for a strategy is 10€. The tipsters places 4 consecutive tips for 10€ each on the same event. In this case the protection will only be triggered after the 3rd consecutive bet when the total threshold is reached and only the 4th bet will not be placed for the Copier.

This feature is aimed at protecting Copiers from risky behaviour of Tipsters - chasing losses, changing stake size and other dangerous practises etc. COPYTIP strongly recommends Copiers to have the protection enabled for new and unproven Tipsters. On the other hand if you copy a well-known experienced tipster, it can prevent legit bets on different markets on the same event. If you have trust in the Tipster and his staking/selections, you can choose to turn OFF this protection.
